About The Role:

We are looking for a business associate at CoinSwitch to be part of the P&L team. You will be the oneresponsible for the acquiring and retaining trading influencers to promote the platform . You will focuson influencer relationship management. As an excellent business associate, you must have a knack foridentifying emerging high quality influencers and have an empathy for influencer needs. You must havethe ability to position new features to existing influencers to increase adoption for newly launchedproducts. You must have data orientation and willingness to talk to influencers to gather feedback andshare it with the product team. You must be able to resolve any issues influencers are facing on theproduct by coordinating with relevant stakeholders in the company

Role purpose

Own and execute finance, reporting, regulatory and operational requirements for the Indian equity business (Lemonn), including trade accounting, regulatory notices, net-worth monitoring, fund requirements, audit requirements, banking support and commission invoicing.

Key responsibilities must be hands-on

• Perform trade accounting in Oracle and complete related reconciliations for the Indian equity business.
• Monitor SEBI and stock-exchange alerts, notices and queries; coordinate responses and maintain evidence/trackers.
• Maintain minimum net-worth calculations/monitoring and accelerate potential breaches or unusual movements.
• Handle other regulatory and audit requirements for the business, including data preparation, reconciliations and auditor responses.
• Coordinate data requirements relating to loans and bank guarantees and maintain supporting schedules.
• Prepare/coordinate commission invoicing to Partners and other relevant counterparties for US stocks and mutual-fund related activities.
• Support statutory audit planning and appointment/onboarding of Big 4 auditors, including PBC coordination and documentation.
• Act as backup for the relevant activities owned by the candidate and take over execution during leave/absence.
• Maintain clear documentation, issue trackers and evidence packs for audit/regulatory review.

Technical capability expected

• Strong accounting fundamentals and ability to understand transaction flows.
• Basic-to-intermediate understanding of SEBI/exchange regulatory requirements and financial-services controls.
• Comfort with reconciliations and high-volume transaction data.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivots, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, reconciliation logic and data validation.
• ERP experience; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Ability to read audit queries and independently prepare first-cut responses/supporting schedules.

Requirements

• Qualified CA with approximately 1-1.5 years relevant experience.
• Big 4 articleship or post-qualification experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable doing the work directly, not only coordinating with operations/compliance teams.
• Relevant financial-services, stock-broking, fintech or audit experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel and reconciliation capability.
