Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Finance Automation Specialist to lead process optimization across R2R, P2P, O2C, and FP&A. You will design and implement automation solutions, build dashboards, and drive transformation using Power BI/Tableau and data tools.

The role requires 3–8 years in finance automation, strong accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Excel. Familiarity with RPA platforms is a plus, and collaboration with finance leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Automation, Finance Excellence, Shared Services Transformation, or Finance Analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
• Exposure to R2R, P2P, O2C, Financial Reporting, Controllership, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
• Understanding of financial data structures, reconciliations, reporting, and controls.
• Must Have: SQL, Power BI and/or Tableau, Python, Advanced MS Excel, Data Analysis & Reporting Automation.
• Preferred: RPA/Automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism, etc.)
• Any additional certifications in Data Analytics, Automation, AI, BI Tools, or Finance Transformation will be an advantage.
