Job summary

Mywhy is seeking a capable F&A Lead to oversee a team of 10–15 associates responsible for daily planning, work allocation, issue resolution, to drive accuracy and efficiency.

The role ensures timely and accurate delivery of all F&A processes, including AP, AR, GL and month-/year-end close, while meeting client SLAs and internal KPIs. You will manage transitions for US-based clients and drive continuous process improvements with a focus on quality and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in F&A operations with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
• Experience handling transitions/projects for US-based clients.
• Expertise in AP, AR, GL, Month-End/Year-End Close, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 F&A associates daily.
• Plan work, allocate tasks, and resolve issues to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of F&A processes as per client requirements.
