Job summary

Corenza is seeking a finance-focused professional in Bengaluru to drive financial modelling, budgets, forecasts, and dashboards that enable strategic business decisions.

You will analyse revenue, costs, margins, cash flow, and working capital, while supporting fundraising and due diligence activities. The role also oversees monthly closing, audits, and compliance, and improves finance processes and controls with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Big 4 experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, or a related financial advisory role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modelling, business valuation, cash flows, working capital, and profitability analysis.
• Experience in financial due diligence, transaction analysis, or fundraising-related financial assessments.
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, audit processes, and Indian statutory compliance.
