Job summary

Fairground in Hyderabad, India, seeks a Finance & Operations leader to own end-to-end finance for the India entity, including budgeting, forecasting, expense/invoice management, and audit-ready reporting.

You will design scalable internal processes, drive vendor management, data integrity, and cross-functional problem solving, partnering with leadership to ensure compliance and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance, operations, accounting, or a similar role.
• MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA.
• Ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-to-decision skills.
• Comfortable working independently on ambiguous problems and aligning with leadership hours.
• Familiarity with financial and operational analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with leadership on reporting, compliance, and building processes that hold up as we grow.

What You'll Do:
