Job summary

YOFC MÉXICO is looking for a finance professional in Rangareddy, India, to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting, balanced customer transactions, and organized stock counting.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and have a minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant role. Proficiency in financial software and Excel is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts for submission.
• Ensure balanced transactions with customers.

Job description

Position category: Functions. Work location: Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare a monthly cash flow forecast to be submitted via the FRM system
• Ensure that every transaction with a customer includes a trade route, and that the quantity delivered and YII received is balanced (equal)
• Stock counting warehouse every 3 months
• Make a list of AP & make a recon plan (local supplier)
• Checking the process of cust approval invoice
• Check with consultant to make sure the risk and impact from return and revised invoice and tax invoice to our taxation
• Set up project team with reconciliation

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance, accounting, or tax role
• Good understanding of financial accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards
• Proficiency in using financial software, ERP, accounting modules (AR, AP, GL) and spreadsheet applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
• Good communication in English
• Being able to speak Mandarin is a huge advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and deadline
• Honest and initiative, able to work autonomously as a team leader
