Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a senior finance professional to oversee Group Financial Consolidation, ensuring accurate consolidation for domestic and international subsidiaries. You will manage foreign company consolidation, currency translation, eliminations, and adjustments in line with applicable accounting standards.

You will also oversee Standalone Financial Statements, annual reporting, and SEBI‑compliant quarterly results, coordinating with auditors and various internal teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Experience with group consolidation, both domestic and international entities.
• Strong familiarity with Ind AS and regulatory reporting standards.
• Ability to coordinate with auditors and finance teams during close cycles.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial statements of domestic and foreign subsidiaries, associates and other group entities.
• Review consolidation of foreign companies, including translation, eliminations and adjustments.
• Prepare Standalone Financial Statements in line with Ind AS and regulatory rules.
• Lead annual report preparation, including notes and disclosures for regulatory filing.
• Prepare SEBI-compliant quarterly results for listed entities, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.
• Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Secretarial teams during reporting cycles.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, stock exchange and related disclosure requirements.
• Review data to maintain consistency across quarterly results, annual statements and annual reports.

Job description

• Responsible for Group Financial Consolidation, including consolidation of financial statements of domestic and foreign subsidiaries, associates, and other group entities.
• Handle consolidation of foreign companies, including review of financial information, foreign currency translation, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation adjustments in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare and review Standalone Financial Statements in compliance with applicable Ind AS / Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the preparation and finalization of Annual Reports, including financial statements, notes to accounts, management disclosures, and other statutory/regulatory reporting requirements.
• Prepare and review SEBI-compliant quarterly financial results for listed companies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to stock exchanges.
• Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Secretarial teams, Finance teams, and other stakeholders during quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, Stock Exchange, and other applicable regulatory requirements relating to financial reporting and disclosures.
• Review financial data and disclosures to ensure consistency between quarterly results, annual financial statements, and Annual Reports.
