Job summary

Svgs It Solutions is seeking a finance professional to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements in line with US GAAP and Ind AS. Coordinate with external auditors, monitor revenue recognition and balance sheet reconciliations, and prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP / Ind AS and internal accounting policies
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and statutory filings
• Monitor revenue recognition, deferred revenue, prepaid expenses, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models
• Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast
• Analyze operating expenses, cloud costs, headcount costs, and key business metrics
• Support revenue, gross margin, and cash flow reporting
• Build management dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance analyses
• Support leadership with financial insights and scenario analysis for decisionmaking
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting efficiencies
• Partner with AP, AR, payroll, procurement, and cross-functional teams
• Work with ERP systems and improve reporting processes using Excel, Power BI,or similar tools
