Job summary

Indihire Consultants in Gurugram seeks a seasoned Finance Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end finance functions, including AP, AR and R2R, with a strong focus on P2P controls, vendor management, and timely financial closes.

You will drive process optimization and automation, manage ERP and reporting platforms, ensure statutory compliance, and coordinate internal, statutory, tax and group audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance operations across AP, AR and R2R.
• Implement and enforce P2P controls from vendor master to payments.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closes and audits.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and intercompany transactions.
• Drive finance automation using digital tools and ERP.
• Drive process optimization and standardization.
• Lead statutory, internal, tax and group audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements.
• Monitor tax/accounting law changes and governance.
• Maintain compliance calendars and governance frameworks.

Role & responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Special focus on the P2P process, ensuring that effective controls are implemented across the entire process, from vendor master management to payment processing and banking.
• Ensure timely month-end, year-end financial close, and audits.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions.
• Drive finance automation using digital tools, workflow solutions, and reporting platforms and manage ERP.
• Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Lead statutory, internal, tax, and group audits.

• Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor changes in tax laws, accounting regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
