Job summary

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency at B1 or B2 level (certification preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts payable preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Language Support

• Translate documents, emails, reports, policies, and business communications between Spanish and English.
• Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, calls, conferences, and training sessions.
• Review translated content for accuracy, grammar, and cultural relevance.
• Ensure consistency in terminology across all communications.

Business Operations Support

• Coordinate with Spanish-speaking customers, vendors, or internal stakeholders.
• Handle queries through email, phone, and chat in Spanish and English.
• Support process documentation and knowledge management activities.
• Assist teams in resolving language-related issues and communication gaps.

Process & Compliance

• Maintain confidentiality of business information and customer data.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and service standards.
• Create and update language resources, glossaries, and training materials.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between Spanish-speaking and GBS team.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Support cross-functional projects involving Spanish-speaking markets.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Spanish language proficiency at B1 or B2 level (certification preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts payable preferred

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong translation and interpretation capabilities.
