Job summary

Primary Healthtech Pvt. Ltd (Mobilab) an award-winning MedTech startup seeks a seasoned Finance Manager to lead projections, accounting, compliance, and investor relations in a high-growth, multi-product environment.

You will drive FP&A, fundraising support, and dashboards for the board, while coordinating with sales, R&D, HR, and operations to align budgets and controls. This is a senior leadership role with ESOPs and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance, ideally in startups/MedTech/healthcare.
• Strong in FP&A, compliance, legal, accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks).
• CA / MBA Finance / CFA preferred.
• Experience with equity, grant, and debt fundraising desirable.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Projections: Build models, unit economics, cash flow, and scenario planning.
• Fundraising Support: Lead due diligence, investor documentation, utilization tracking, term sheet/SHA coordination.
• Accounting & Controls: Oversee books, compliance (GST, TDS, PF), audits, reimbursements, and payroll.
• Investor & MIS Reporting: Drive monthly dashboards, board presentations, financial KPIs.
• Budgeting & Approvals: Operate budgeting systems, cost control, procurement approvals.
• Cross-Functional Partner: Enable finance alignment across sales, R&D, HR, and operations.
