Job summary

V3 Staffing in Delhi seeks a Finance Manager/Head to own the full finance, accounting, statutory compliance and risk function. This senior role reports to the leadership and will line-manage the Legal Associate while handling grant accounting and disbursements.

The candidate should be CA with MBA-Finance and CFA/CPA considered, with 7–10 years in NGO/Foundation/PSU finance and hands-on grant accounting and statutory cycles.

Qualifications

• CA preferred; MBA-Finance with CFA/CPA also considered.
• 7–10 years in finance/compliance for a Foundation, NGO, Section 8, AIF, or PSU finance function.
• Experience in Grant Accounting, FCRA, and Section 8/Trust statutory cycle.
• Experience with audit committees and PSU/government audit teams.
• Senior-most finance leadership experience in an institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, mid-year reforecast, and 3-year capital planning.
• Own monthly close (by Day 7) and MIS deck (by Day 10) - P&L vs budget, cash, grant utilization.
• Own Grant Accounting and maintain Grant Register for all approved grants and tranche disbursements.
• Manage all statutory compliance: Section 8/Trust Audit, GST, TDS, PT, EPF, ESI, FCRA, MCA, RBI.
• Interface with PSU sponsors, MoPNG audit teams, and AIF for treasury / expense allocation.
• Set up internal controls, procurement approval matrix, vendor KYC, and banking operations.
• Anchor quarterly Audit Committee and lead annual external audit.
• Set up finance systems - Zoho Books / Tally Prime, expense management, banking.

Finance Manager/ Finance- Head role:

Role Mission:

Own the full finance, accounting, statutory compliance and risk function. This is the senior-most finance role in the structure (no CFO above). You will also line-manage the Legal Associate and operate the grant accounting / disbursement function.
