Job summary

Stealth Startup, based in Pune, India, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the General Ledger function for a globally operating organization. You will manage month-end close, financial reporting, technical accounting, and a small team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will handle SBC, ASC 606, ASC 842, intercompany accounting, consolidation, and flux analysis, coordinating with external auditors and stakeholders across regions. Hybrid work model based in Pune.

Qualifications

• CA with 8-14 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience with SBC, ASC 606, ASC 842, and GL operations.
• Experience in team management and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end GL operations, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle technical accounting, including stock-based compensation, ASC 606, and ASC 842.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, consolidation, and flux analysis.
