Job summary

N-Labs is seeking an experienced finance professional in Hyderabad to oversee accounting, tax, reporting and compliance functions. The role covers day-to-day financial operations, monthly close, and collaboration with auditors and stakeholders.

The candidate should have CA-level or CA-pursuing credentials, strong Excel/MIS skills, and hands-on ERP experience to drive accuracy, transparency, and process improvements across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• CA candidates: 3+ years; CA-pursuing: 8+ years.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Solid GST, TDS, and taxation understanding.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Proficient Excel and MIS reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Handle AP, AR, reconciliations, and GL activities.
• Coordinate GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and authorities.
• Monitor financial controls and identify process improvements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Monitor financial controls and identify process improvements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of experience for qualified CA candidates OR 8+ years of experience for CA-pursuing candidates.
