BudgetCFS Terminals is seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Asst. Manager / Manager with a strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial management in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements and MIS reports, and ensuring compliance with GST/TDS and other statutory requirements. Candidates with CA firm experience or exposure to CFS, warehousing, or logistics are preferred.

Formación

• Candidates with strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial management.
• Experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory requirements is preferred.
• Prior experience in CA firms or exposure to CFS/warehousing/logistics is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, reconciliations and finalization of accounts.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle GST returns, TDS returns, tax computations and related assessments and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, and CA firms.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accurate accounting of operating expenses, vendor bills, customer invoices and cost allocations.
• Monitor statutory payment deadlines and maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, cost control and internal financial controls implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
2. Handle preparation and finalization of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and schedules.
3. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
4. Manage GST returns, TDS returns, tax computations, and related assessments and reconciliations.
5. Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, and Chartered Accountant firms.
6. Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
7. Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
8. Ensure accurate accounting of operational expenses, vendor bills, customer invoices, and cost allocations.
9. Monitor statutory payment deadlines and maintain proper documentation and financial records.
10. Support budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and implementation of internal financial controls.
