Job summary

ADI HR & Consulting is seeking a Finance Manager for an automobile dealership in Bengaluru (Kundalahalli). The role covers budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, GST/TDS compliance, and coordination with banks and OEMs.

You will lead the accounts and finance team, oversee inventory financing, audits, and ensure OEM reporting compliance. 10–15 years of relevant experience is required; CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in finance/accounting, preferably in automobile dealership or automotive industry.
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / (CA preferred).
• Hands-on experience in OEM reporting.
• Retail finance coordination with banks/NBFCs for customer vehicle loans.
• Budgeting, forecasting & compliance (GST, TDS, audits).
• ERP/accounting software experience - Tally, SAP, or DMS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital & banking transactions.
• Track dealership profitability across sales, service & spare parts departments.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts; analyze budget vs. actual variances.
• Manage GST filings, TDS compliance & statutory returns.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants & regulatory authorities.
• Ensure OEM financial reporting compliance.
• Oversee vehicle inventory financing, stock reconciliation & retail finance coordination with banks/NBFCs.
• Track dealer incentives, claims & reimbursements from OEMs.
• Implement internal financial controls, conduct internal & stock audits.
• Supervise and train the accounts & finance team.
