Qualifications

• Exposure to GST, TDS, income tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor profitability, revenue, expenses, and cost optimization.
• Perform financial ratio analysis and provide insights.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, reconciliations, receivables/payables.
• Monitor vehicle inventory accounting, sales reconciliation, service revenue, parts.
• Ensure GST, TDS, income tax compliance and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate audits and strengthen financial controls.
• Supervise accounts team and coordinate with departments.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to manage financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, statutory compliance, and financial analysis for our automobile dealership business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly MIS reports, and management dashboards.


• Handle budgeting, financial forecasting, and budget-versus-actual variance analysis.


• Monitor dealership profitability, revenue, operating expenses, and cost optimization.


• Perform financial ratio analysis and provide insights for management decision-making.


• Manage cash flow, working capital, bank reconciliation, receivables, and payables.


• Monitor vehicle inventory accounting, sales reconciliation, service revenue, and spare parts accounting.


• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.


• Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.


• Supervise the accounts team and coordinate with Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and other departments.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.


• Expertise in Cost Control, Ratio Analysis, Profitability Analysis, and Working Capital Management.


• Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance.


• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software/ERP.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Candidate Requirements:
