Job summary

Talentstream is seeking a finance professional to manage end-to-end accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and collections. You will handle client and vendor reconciliations and monitor cash flow while supporting payroll and statutory compliance.

The role also requires preparing MIS, financial statements, and cash flow reports, managing subscription billing and renewals, and driving improvements to finance processes and standardising workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on finance/accounts experience.
• Proficient in Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong communication and client/vendor management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple billing activities.
• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or cloud accounting tools preferred.
• Experience in digital advertising, AdTech, media, SaaS, or startups is a plus.
