Blob Infotech Private Limited is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts team. You will oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and customer reconciliations, ensuring timely payments from clients and accurate financial records.

The role focuses on improving invoicing and collection processes, preparing MIS reports on cash flow, and supporting month-end and year-end closings.

Qualifikationen

• Finance and accounting experience.
• Experience invoicing, AR, collections, and reconciliations.
• Experience leading a Finance/Accounts team.
• Experience with AI tools and process automation preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools Zoho Books, NetSuite, Tally, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
