MyHQ is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Controllership professional (CA) to manage financial reporting, book closure, MIS preparation, and audit coordination in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with business and finance teams from our Gurgaon office.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.
• Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports and financial analysis.
• Oversee AP/AR processes and financial reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual statutory audits.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on reconciliations and controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and GST/TDS.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance Controllership professional (CA) to manage financial reporting, book closure, MIS preparation, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, experience in fast-paced startup environments, and the ability to work cross-functionally with business and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books of accounts
• Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports and financial analysis
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
• Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual statutory audits
• Work closely with internal stakeholders for reconciliations and financial controls
• Support implementation and improvement of finance processes and SOPs
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure timely compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Taxation knowledge including GST/TDS/compliances would be an added advantage

Desired Skills/ Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience in startups and/or Big 4 preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with MIS, audits, AP/AR management, and book closure
• Good analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting tools
