Job summary

Keka Inc. in Gurugram, India seeks a detail-oriented Finance Controllership professional (CA) to manage financial reporting, book closure, MIS, and audit coordination. You will work cross-functionally with business and finance teams to drive accuracy and controls.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years post-qualification experience, hands-on MIS and audits, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Knowledge of GST/TDS and governance is a plus in our fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with MIS, audits, AP/AR management and book closure.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books.
• Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports and financial analysis.
• Oversee AP and AR processes and ensure accurate reporting.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual statutory audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and GST/TDS.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance Controllership professional (CA) to manage financial reporting, book closure, MIS preparation, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, experience in fast-paced startup environments, and the ability to work cross-functionally with business and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books of accounts
• Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports and financial analysis
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
• Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual statutory audits
• Work closely with internal stakeholders for reconciliations and financial controls
• Support implementation and improvement of finance processes and SOPs
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure timely compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Taxation knowledge including GST/TDS/compliances would be an added advantage

Desired Skills/ Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
