Job summary

EXL in Noida is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the GL team and ensure precise payroll accounting. You will reconcile bank statements, support audits, and analyze financials to drive informed decisions. Strong accounting software skills, including Oracle Fusion, are valued.

The role requires a BS in Accountancy with CMA preferred, 5+ years of progressive accounting and leadership experience. This is a full-time, on-site position in corporate finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including management.
• Proficient in accounting software; Oracle Fusion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in managing general ledger and guide strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate Payroll Accounting.
• Reconcile Bank statements and maintain the general ledger in the system.
• Assist in handling internal and external audits.
• Review and analyze financial statements.
• Prepare reconciliation of Balance Sheet Schedules.
• P&L Variance Analysis.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, refining accounting systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist leadership in forecasting and tracking organization spending.
• Other matters that may be assigned from time to time.
