Employer SaaS Labs in Noida is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance under Companies Act. The role requires CA or MBA Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience; Big4 experience preferred.

You will handle management accounting, intercompany reconciliation, tax compliance, and prepare monthly performance decks, working from office. Salary range is 6-8 LPA.

Formación

• CA or MBA Finance or equivalent qualification; Big4 experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in financial reporting and Companies Act compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Management accounting, reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure that all tax returns and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time; manage Companies Act compliance.
• Oversight of fixed asset management and taxation; provide guidance on core financial activities.
• Compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Prepare monthly performance decks and sales and other reporting requirements.
• Maintain record/document management processes and ensure accuracy of financial documents.
