Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record purchase invoices in accounting software.
• Verify purchase orders against invoices.
• Support payment documentation and vendor coordination.
• Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory documentation.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and track payments.
• Maintain compliance trackers and supporting audit docs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on financial operations.

Our Finance team works across multiple entities, handling accounting, compliance, reporting, and operational finance in a structured, process‑driven environment.

If you are looking for real‑world exposure in accounting and compliance beyond textbook learning, this internship is for you. The role offers hands‑on learning across live business transactions, month‑end processes, and regulatory compliance while working closely with the core finance team.

• Recording purchase invoices in accounting software
• Verification of purchase orders against invoices
• Supporting payment documentation and vendor coordination

Inventory & Stock Accounting Support:

• Assisting in stock reconciliation (physical vs system records)
• Supporting inward and outward entry verification
• Coordinating with operations for inventory documentation
• Assisting in sales entry verification
• Supporting GST data preparation (basic level – GSTR‑1 and GSTR‑3B workings)
• Reconciling sales registers with accounting records

Bank & BRS Support:

• Assisting in preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Tracking collections and payment entries

Operational Finance Support:

• Organizing vouchers and supporting audit documentation
• Maintaining compliance trackers
