Job summary

Nextenti Tech is seeking an experienced Finance Head to lead the finance and accounting functions for a hospital. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, revenue management, cost control, MIS reporting, audits, and tax compliance while guiding the finance team.

The ideal candidate will have hospital/healthcare finance expertise, strong knowledge of billing, TPA/insurance collections, and a solid grasp of financial operations within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall Finance & Accounts function of the hospital.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
• Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
• Oversee hospital billing, collections, accounts receivable, and outstanding payments.
• Monitor TPA and insurance claims and collections.
• Ensure proper accounting and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements.
• Monitor department-wise costs and implement cost-control measures.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, and receivables.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, taxation, statutory requirements, and audits.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Establish and monitor financial controls and processes.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to hospital management.
• Manage, supervise, and guide the finance and accounts team.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with management, banks, vendors, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
