Job Description:

Financial Planning and Budgeting:

1. Collaborate with the finance team and hospital leadership to develop and manage annual budgets.
2. Monitor budget performance and provide financial forecasting.

Financial Reporting:

1. Prepare and present financial reports, statements and analyses to senior management, the board of directors and other stakeholders.
2. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

Financial Analysis:

1. Conduct financial analyses and evaluate the financial impact of various initiatives, providing recommendations for improving financial performance.
2. Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

1. Ensure compliance with healthcare finance regulations, billing and reimbursement guidelines.
2. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to address financial and regulatory issues.

Treasury Management:

1. Oversee cash management, investments and debt to optimize financial resources.
2. Develop and implement investment and debt management strategies.

Audit Management:

Accounts Payable and Receivable:
