Job summary

KPN Promoters in Chennai invites applications for a Finance & Accounts leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, cash flow, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. The candidate will prepare monthly statements, MIS, and reports to help management make informed decisions.

You will lead the F&A team, drive budgets and forecasts, ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, and audit readiness, and deliver timely financial insights to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• 1.Manage overall Finance & Accounts operations and ensure smooth financial functioning.
• 2.Monitor daily cash flow, bank transactions, receipts, and payments.
• 3.Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
• 4.Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.
• 5.Monitor accounts receivable, collections, outstanding payments, and follow-ups.
• 6.Control accounts payable, vendor payments, expenses, and approvals.
• 7.Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and project-wise financial performance.
• 8.Ensure proper accounting, reconciliation, documentation, and audit readiness.
• 9.Lead and monitor the Finance & Accounts team and ensure timely reporting.
• 10.Provide accurate financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
