Job summary

Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Finance Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

The role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring the system and supporting clients through end-to-end project delivery. The candidate should have 5–8 years of D365 F&O experience, strong knowledge of financial processes, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft D365 F&O implementations.
• Strong knowledge of finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Banking, Intercompany, Consolidation, Budgeting).
• Experience with end-to-end implementations (2–3 full cycles).
• Excellent communication and ability to interact across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT and user training.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs for technical teams.
• Provide advisory services on finance processes and best practices.
• Deliver end-to-end D365 F&O implementations (2–3 full cycles).
• Coordinate with clients and be open to on-site travel.
• Communicate project status to reporting managers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivery alignment.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The ideal candidate will bring strong process analysis skills, deep knowledge of financial processes, and proven experience in end-to-end implementations. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring the system, and supporting clients throughout the full project lifecycle to ensure maximum business value from D365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and user training.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical/development teams.
• Provide advisory services on finance processes and best practices to clients.
• Deliver end-to-end D365 F&O implementations (must have participated in 2–3 full-cycle implementations).
• Work closely with clients during business hours and be open to on-site travel.
• Communicate project status updates regularly to reporting managers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment on solution delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft D365 F&O implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge in finance modules, including:
• General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Banking, Intercompany Accounting, Consolidation, Budgeting, Bank Reconciliation, Expense Management, Treasury, and Management Reporter.
• Hands-on experience with Procurement and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Quick learner with an understanding of overseas taxation requirements.
• Certification Preferred: MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant.

Education & Experience

• Graduate in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft D365 F&O.

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹20,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum
