Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft is seeking a Consultant to lead D365 F&O functional finance implementations in Bengaluru. You will work with clients on General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash Management, and fixed assets, guiding design, configuration, and testing.

You will collaborate with multi‑vendor teams, manage requirements, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and be flexible for onsite delivery under an Onsite-Offshore model; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading D365 F&O finance implementations.
• Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash Management, Budgeting, Fixed Assets.
• Experience in rollout, upgrade, data migration, and SLA-based support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver D365 F&O Finance & Accounting configurations and testing.
• Collaborate with clients and multi-vendor teams to ensure timely implementation.

• 3+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations project as a Finance Consultant.
• Work directly with clients to implement D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, including but not limited to: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and collections, Budgeting & Fixed Assets
• Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementation.
• Actively drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation & testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite
• Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrades, Data migration, data management, and FastTrack go-live assessment.
• Experience of SLA based support.
• Experience in working on any incident management tools.
• Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately.
• Ability to identify risks, issues, find solutions, and plan/manage them.
• Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Good experience in working in a multi-vendor environment.
• Flexible with work hours.
• Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model and Travel (if required)
