Finance Executive - Forex

Keep track of billing, payments, receivables, and current balances for Forex clients.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding their account balances and follow up on any discrepancies.
Accurately post and maintain balances in the system, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
Keep account spending limit of ad accounts in check and updated as per balance only
Maintain a comprehensive record of payments received and map them to the respective client accounts for accurate tracking.
Prepare and generate MIS reports on media spending, commissions, and retro commissions, providing insights into nancial performance.
Conduct regular reconciliations of client balances, ensuring accuracy and identifying any inconsistencies or discrepancies
Conduct regular reconciliations of banks
Coordinating with team members to ensure compliance with tax regulations, both domestically and internationally, and facilitate implementation as required.
Calculate commissions and retro commissions accurately based on prede ned formulas or agreements.
Address client inquiries related to balances, payments, and nancial matters, providing prompt resolutions.
To raise estimates & invoices for the client ( domestic and International ), to process refunds for said clients if any.
To release vendor RO/ PO and to reconcile vendor

The Ideal Person

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related eld.
Proven experience in nancial management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of tax regulations, nancial reporting, and accounting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pro ciency in nancial software and MS O ce suite.
