Job summary

Digitide in Mumbai is seeking an Executive Finance to oversee and optimize all financial aspects of the business, drive financial strategies, ensure accurate reporting, and provide insights to support decision-making to fuel growth.

The role leads the finance team, develops robust processes, manages cash flow, audits, and tax filings, and collaborates with other departments to align financial goals with business strategy. A CPA/CFA is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
