Job summary

Tussle Digital, a dynamic digital marketing agency, is seeking a Finance Executive to support finance and accounting operations for the Group in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The role reports to the Group CFO and collaborates with senior leadership on financial processes and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, strong analytical and reporting skills, and understanding of Indian taxation. CA candidates are highly preferred and experience with accounting software is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance/accounting is required.
• 1+ years of experience in finance & accounting is must.
• CA/CPA pursuing preferred.
• Experience in CA firms or accounting agencies is desirable.
• Strong Excel (intermediate-advanced) and Tally required.
• Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports.
• Handle daily accounting and technical finance operations.
• Support GST, TDS, and other compliance activities.
• Ensure timely completion of taxation and compliance deadlines.
• Perform monthly accounts reconciliations and verify data accuracy.

This role sits at the Group level, providing strategic and operational support across all three businesses. The position offers exposure to a diverse range of commercial, financial, and business activities, working closely with leadership to drive growth, performance, and operational excellence across the group.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based at Tussle Digital's office in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana, India. The role is responsible for providing support for finance & compliance operations across the Group, ensuring the smooth operation of business activities and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Role reports to group CFO

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO, while supporting key people, culture, and administrative initiatives across the Group.

We are looking for a Finance Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and reporting skills, a good understanding of Indian taxation and compliance requirements, and experience working with accounting and finance software. Candidates pursuing CA will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Finance & Accounting is must.
• Candidates pursuing CA will be highly preferred.
• Experience working in a CA firm or accounting agency is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level). Tally experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with accounting, finance, and reporting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Pursuing Chartered Accountancy CA/ CPA or related certification will be preferable.
• Experience in handling compliance and taxation-related activities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
