Job summary

Madho Aromatics & Spices in Delhi seeks a Finance & Compliance Executive to support the company’s finance, statutory, and regulatory functions. This is not a routine accounting role; you will handle statutory matters, coordinate with government authorities and advisors, manage official documentation, and represent the company before external stakeholders.

You will liaise with Chartered Accountants, regulators, banks, and internal teams to ensure GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other compliance

Responsibilities

• Represent the Company before government, regulatory, and statutory authorities, including the Income Tax Department, GST Department, and other relevant authorities.
• Manage departmental notices, official communications, assessments, hearings, and coordinate the timely preparation and submission of responses and supporting documents.
• Liaise effectively with Chartered Accountants, auditors, legal advisors, banks, consultants, government officials, and other external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support GST, Income Tax, TDS, statutory, financial, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team and other departments to obtain information and documentation required for statutory and official matters.
• Maintain and organize records, correspondence, submissions, and documentation relating to finance and compliance matters.
• Undertake visits to government offices, banks/financial institutions, clients, and other stakeholders as required.
• Provide support to Management on finance, compliance, operational, and strategic assignments.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as entrusted by Management from time to time.
