Job summary

Alstom Transportation in Bengaluru seeks a Finance Ecosystem Operation Manager to oversee the performance and stability of critical financial applications in a full-time capacity.

You will coordinate with service teams, business users and external partners, drive incident and change management, monitor KPIs, and deliver enhancements aligned with business priorities while ensuring Go-Live readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of application management and maintenance.
• Knowledge of IT service management concepts (e.g., ITIL).
• Familiarity with incident management, change management, and performance monitoring.
• A certification in ITIL or a similar framework.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead change through innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity, performance and efficiency of applications within scope.
• Lead maintenance activities and manage incidents and changes with external partners.
• Monitor application performance through KPIs, OSAs, and SLAs.
• Drive Level 2 and Level 3 support activities.
• Deliver enhancements aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate with partners, service teams, and business users for incident and change management.
• Organize operational and performance review meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure adequate support.
• Act as escalation point for key users and stakeholders.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational reporting and dashboards.
• Ensure operational readiness during project Go-Live transitions.
