Job summary

Alstom Transport India Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a Finance Ecosystem Operation Manager to ensure continuity, performance, and efficiency of critical applications across the business. You will work with service teams, users, and partners to lead maintenance, incident and change management, and drive improvements.

The role emphasizes monitoring, vendor relationships, and delivering system enhancements aligned with business priorities, while enabling Go-Live readiness and operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of application management and maintenance.
• Knowledge of IT service management concepts (e.g., ITIL).
• Familiarity with incident management, change management, and performance monitoring.
• ITIL certification or equivalent framework.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service continuity for applications within scope.
• Lead maintenance activities with external partners.
• Monitor application performance via KPIs, OSAs, and SLAs.
• Drive Level 2 and Level 3 support activities.
• Deliver enhancements aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate with partners, service teams, and users for incident and change mgmt.
• Organize operational and performance review meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure adequate support.
• Act as escalation point for key users and stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reporting and dashboards.
• Ensure readiness during project Go-Live transitions.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your application management expertise in a cutting-edge field.

You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates. You'll ensure the continuity, performance, and efficiency of applications critical to our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Service Teams, Business Users, and external partners), lead maintenance activities, and oversee incident and change management processes, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of monitoring application performance and driving support activities, but also enhancing applications based on business needs.

We’ll look to you for:

• Ensuring service continuity for applications within your scope
• Leading and managing maintenance activities with external partners
• Monitoring application performance through KPIs, OSAs, and SLAs
• Driving Level 2 and Level 3 support activities
• Delivering enhancements aligned with business priorities
• Coordinating with partners, service teams, and business users for incident and change management
• Organizing operational and performance review meetings with stakeholders

• Proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
