Alstom Transport India Ltd invites a senior finance leader to become Head of Finance for India RSC. You will manage all financial aspects of the RSC business in India, including projects, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, driving planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, 15–20 years in finance leadership, and a track record of delivering cost efficiencies within a matrixed organization.

Could you be the full-time Finance Director, RSC India in Bangalore, India we’re looking for? Take on a new challenge and apply your financial leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals. You'll play a pivotal role in managing all financial aspects of the RSC business in India, including Projects, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sourcing, and Quality. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Finance Managers, Factory Site Finance Controllers, and other key stakeholders), drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting standards. You’ll specifically take care of financial planning and forecasting for the RSC business, but also lead cost efficiency initiatives and ensure excellence in project execution.
