Select Source International in Gurgaon is seeking a Senior Associate for Finance Reporting to join our Finance Desk. The role requires strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

You will manage financial reporting, prepare dashboards and presentations, and support budgeting and forecasting while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, business finance, or commercial finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and data analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working closely with business teams and supporting business decision‑making.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
