As a Financial Reporting Senior Analyst, you will serve as a critical link between complex financial data and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform detailed variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and drivers of financial performance, providing actionable insights to management.
• Manage the reconciliation of complex general ledger accounts to maintain the integrity of financial records and support audit readiness.

• Drive the automation of reporting workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve the speed and reliability of financial deliverables.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by providing historical data and trend analysis to facilitate informed planning.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in financial accounting, reporting standards, and the ability to interpret complex financial data sets with high precision.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities, with a proven ability to manage large volumes of data for reporting purposes.
