Job summary

The role requires strong Excel skills, proficiency in Pivot Tables and lookups, and CA/MBA with relevant experience. Work mode: 5 Days WFO.

Qualifications

• CA Qualified with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• MBA in Finance with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduation Only (B. Com/BBA or equivalent) with minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic financial reports.
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial data to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
• Develop and automate reports using advanced Excel functions and tools.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.
• Maintain and improve reporting processes for operational efficiency.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Finance Analyst with strong exposure

to MIS reporting, financial analysis, and advanced Excel capabilities. The ideal candidate should

possess a strong understanding of finance concepts along with the ability to derive meaningful

business insights from data.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic financial reports.
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial data to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
• Develop and automate reports using advanced Excel functions and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
