Qualifications

• Experience in handling inter-company activities and ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Supervising a team of accountants and serving as primary contact with OMG US Shared Services.
• Experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and SOX-compliant processes.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders on operational status, hiring, allocation, onboarding.
• Coordinate between agency and BSS teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage hiring and allocation of resources to projects/processes.
• Address and resolve process escalations and conduct RCA to prevent recurrence.
• Lead regular cadence with agency partners to review efficiency and propose improvements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee allocation and utilization of resources within BSS teams.
• Collaborate with agency teams on FTE performance and improvement initiatives.

Role Overview :

We have an exciting role of OGS Delivery Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of business operations and services in a highly staff augmentation offshore model. This role involves managing offshore teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining high standards of performance and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders for operational status (e.g. Hiring, allocation, onboarding), people-related issues.
• Coordinate between agency and BSS teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Managing hiring and allocation of resources to project / process.
• Address and resolve process escalations and work on RCA to avoid future occurrences.
• Conduct regular weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cadence with agency partners to understand process efficiency, accuracy, operational challenges and provide strategic plans in establishing seamless process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the allocation and utilization of resources, ensuring that BSS teams are effectively integrated and utilized.
• Collaborate with agency teams on FTE performance progress and implement improvements in partnership with agency leads, as necessary.

Qualifications

• Handling the Inter Company activities along with the team and ensure smooth transition and service delivery.
• Support by supervising a team of accountants and serving as the main point of contact between the team and OMG US Shared Services
• Oversee recording of various recurring monthly journal entries such as benefit expenses, payroll, prepaid and fixed assets amortization and depreciation, rent, legal and other charges.
• Ensure that SLA/KPI's are met and also serve as an escalation point for various issues.
• Candidate shall have the good knowledge on the upstream and downstream of the Intercompany activities
• Preparation of Reconciliations, Journals and supporting on the month end close deliverables.
• Ensure that Balance Sheet Reconciliations prepared in line with requirements of SOX Compliance
• Candidate should be able to identify the improvement areas to automate and/or streamline the process
• Supervise the team’s day to day deliverables.
• Actively involve in Ad-hoc projects and Initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in any situation.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and communicate effectively within and outside Accounting department.
