By spearheading financial modeling and automation initiatives, you will directly influence business profitability, cash flow health, and long-term scalability, ensuring the company remains agile in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end financial planning and budgeting process to ensure alignment between departmental goals and organizational financial targets.
• Oversee comprehensive controllership functions, including statutory accounting and internal audits, to maintain high standards of financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Drive cost management strategies by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements that directly enhance the bottom line.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Manage rigorous variance analysis and MIS reporting to provide actionable insights to stakeholders regarding performance against KPIs.
• Champion the automation of financial workflows to reduce manual intervention, improve data accuracy, and accelerate the month-end closing process.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow requirements to ensure optimal liquidity and effective working capital management across the organization.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial operations, with a proven track record of leading FP&A and Controllership teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic narratives for executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in leveraging financial technology and ERP systems to drive process automation and digital transformation within the finance function.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse business units and the ability to influence senior leadership.
• A Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in accounting principles and corporate finance.
• Strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and operational excellence while navigating the complexities of a fast-paced business landscape.
