Job summary

Corenza is seeking a Finance Controller to own month-end close and all controllership functions for India and US entities. The role covers GL, AP, AR, assets, intercompany activity, and consolidation, with strong emphasis on compliance with Ind AS and US GAAP.

You will lead ERP implementations (NetSuite/Zoho Books or similar), oversee tax, payroll, ESOPs, cross-border matters, and establish robust policies, controls and SOPs across the organization.

Qualifications

• CA with 5-8 years of finance experience.
• Startup/high-growth technology experience preferred.
• Strong grasp of Ind AS & US GAAP.
• ERP implementation experience and SaaS finance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly close and controllership for India & US entities.
• Handle GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, intercompany transactions and consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, US GAAP and ASC 606 / Ind AS 115.
• Lead ERP and finance systems implementation, including NetSuite/Zoho Books or equivalent.
• Manage India & US statutory compliance, taxation, payroll, ESOPs and cross-border compliance.
• Build internal finance processes, accounting policies, controls and SOPs from scratch.
• Manage treasury, banking, FX, cash flow and liquidity forecasting.
• Handle audits and ensure audit-ready financial reporting.
