Job summary

TEK NINJAS is seeking a Finance Controller to oversee the organization’s financial health, enforce robust controls, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate reporting. You will partner with business leaders to drive profitability and support strategic decisions in a global IT services environment.

The role demands 15+ years in finance with leadership, strong knowledge of IT services financial models, and deep expertise in financial reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in finance roles with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of IT services financial models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP as applicable.
• Manage statutory and tax audits, regulatory filings.
• Establish internal controls and financial governance framework.
• Partner with business leaders on planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide insights on revenue, margins, and cost optimization.
• Drive pricing, deal structuring, and commercial decisions.
• Oversee revenue recognition for various delivery models.
• Monitor project profitability, utilization, and cost structure.
• Lead cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
