Institute of Management Accountants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS. The role requires strong leadership, analytical prowess, and hands-on management of a finance team.

You will drive monthly/quarterly/annual statements, develop forecasts, ensure internal controls, and partner with senior management to optimize financial performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master? professionaI certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• Extensive experience in managing accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal controls.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive process improvements and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including payroll, AR, AP, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and manage the company budget and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to protect assets.
• Provide financial guidance to senior management and other departments.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to high performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Job Summary
