Job summary

Eastvantage in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead our finance operations and drive accurate financial reporting and process improvements across the team. You will own end-to-end management reporting, review monthly close activities, analyze performance, and partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and finance transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial controls.
• Experience with accounting tools and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and business partnering capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to quickly understand complex information and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
