We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Finance Team with key activities, including bookkeeping, budgeting, adhering to financial controls, and ensuring tax compliance for multiple entities across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. You will report directly to the Finance Director based in Gurgaon and gain hands‑on experience in financial operations within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial Close & Reporting

• Manage monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities within the prescribed deadlines.
• Perform and review account reconciliations and collaborate proactively with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure of reconciling items, identify root causes, and recommend process enhancements to minimize recurring open items and strengthen documentation controls.
• Perform and review flux analysis for both Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts, investigate material movements, and provide explanations to management.
• Perform and review Payroll reconciliations, ensuring accurate accounting and resolution of differences.
• Maintain and update the Fixed assets register. Assist in the Physical Verification of assets as per company policy.

Statutory Audits and Compliances

• Prepare draft financials and audit schedules, respond to auditor queries, and ensure timely closure of audit points for both Statutory and Tax audits.
• Comply with the internal controls framework while identifying opportunities to improve financial processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate deduction and deposit of TDS, along with preparation and filing of TDS returns, and making of Form 131 for vendors as per statutory requirements.
• Support the preparation and filing of GST returns in accordance with applicable statutory regulations.
• Support the SEZ compliance.
• Coordinate with internal team and external consultants, ensuring timely and accurate compliance across multiple legal entities.

Other Key activities

• Supporting the transition of financial functions from a third-party provider to Accertify in-house, including documentation of accounting steps and processes.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountants/MBA in Finance with 3+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, India GAAP, and financial regulations & Tax systems.
• Proficiency in financial software, Excel, PPT, and ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
• Position is an individual contributor.
