The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and communication abilities. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel is essential, with experience in dashboard development and data modeling preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field (international equivalence accepted).
• Experience with auditing is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Access) is desirable.

Job Description:
This position helps ensure the company makes sound financial decisions. They role will analyze and interpret client data or identify trends used by senior managers to make strategic company decisions. This position works on multiple reports simultaneously, focusing on details while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges. They will collaborate with finance partners across the country to consult on planning and reporting. This position assists others in understanding financial reports, graphs, and charts. Responsibilities: -Researches and interprets financial data to ensure leaders have the most up to date and reliable information to help make the best possible decisions. -Researches requested expenses and project trends for staff, division, business, and center managers to ensure operation within budget guidelines. -Assists in performing variance analysis of actual versus planned data to identify areas where targeted projections are not being obtained. -Audits areas of concern (e.g., unusual cost, overtime hours, etc.) to ensure proper reporting occurs. -Gathers and analyzes preliminary data for management team to help determine strategic direction for communicating information to the regions and districts. They must be able to rapidly learn new business processes, navigate ambiguity, identify meaningful patterns within data, and translate complex findings into concise executive-level recommendations.
This role will support reporting and analytics across International Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Insight Generation

• Analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Conduct analysis to determine root-causes of business issues and emerging operational challenges.
• Identify meaningful insights and develop recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
• Proactively investigate anomalies, exceptions, and challenging business trends. Reporting & Dashboard Development
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Automate reporting processes and improve analytical efficiency.
• Ensure reporting provides actionable insights rather than simply historical data.
