Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform daily transactions as per SOPs
• Enter invoice data accurately and code to client projects and cost centres
• Verify invoice details against contracts and purchase orders under supervision
• Process various payment requests and input issues with accounting teams
• Assist with inquiries via Zendesk and Outlook
• Process A/P payments for multiple properties and meet deadlines
• Comply with JLL A/P policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
