Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and key insights related to revenue, profitability, and other critical financial indicators.
• Conduct business case analyses for projects and strategic initiatives to support informed decision‑making.
• Support pricing reviews and revisions through data analysis and market insights.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance sales, financial, and operational dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and support management decisions.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create, maintain, and manage Project Management System (PMS) documentation to ensure business information is accurate, structured, and readily accessible.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable, data‑driven insights.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc business performance reports to management and other key stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and reporting to support operational, strategic, and business process requirements as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum three to five years of proven experience as a Finance Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Qualification:

• Preferably postgraduate or B.Com; semi‑qualified CMA/CWA candidates may also be considered.
• A professional management programme such as Data Analytics or Power BI is desirable.
