Job summary

HITACHI VANTARA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Hyderabad is seeking a finance professional to maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision, supporting month-end and year-end close activities. You will generate invoices from timesheets, POs or SOWs, process vendor invoices and payments, and resolve discrepancies promptly.

You will also manage GST lifecycle including filing and reconciliations, and ensure timely TDS calculations and deposits.

Qualifications

• General ledger accounting experience.
• Month-end and year-end close process knowledge.
• GST, TDS, and vendor invoice knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with high accuracy.
• Handle month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Generate accurate and timely client invoices based on timesheets, purchase orders, or Statement of Work (SOW).
• Process vendor invoices and payments and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
• Manage GST lifecycle including filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely calculation, deduction, and deposit of TDS.
